Welcome to the MSCCoC MIS website

The Memphis and Shelby County MIS has a proven success in collection of data, innovation of new technologies, and reporting of data entered in the system. The information we receive from our participants is invaluable to say the least. The data we collect can be used for all sorts of things other than just reporting to HUD. We have the capability to see a true picture of this city’s homeless population at any given time. Compile this data with other data such as the annual “Point in Time” count and you have a very informative set of information that can be used to see where help is needed most.
